After living & travelling around the world, this young couple, both cooks have evolved in all the differents positions in the restaurants: la Marine of Noirmoutier, le Pavillon Ledoyen, la Bouitte (France), the Cabane Ă  Sucre du Pied de Cochon (Quebec, Canada), Pure C (Netherland), l’Essentiel and Sang Hoon Degeimbre’s restaurants in Brussels (Belgium).
